What to Do on Valentine's Day in Amsterdam

Like most of the western world, the Dutch do celebrate Valentine's Day with the typical, secular activities of wining and dining out and spending time with a special significant other. The Amsterdam Tourism and Convention Board has a great list of special events on and around February 14, 2008. Take your pick from sensual tasting menus, special concerts, a romantic hotel package or even a love-inspired comedy show.
