People like to tell me about their college trips to Amsterdam long ago, when they didn't take the time to do much beyond following crowds of fellow visitors ambling along the most touristy streets, into the most touristy bars. For those of you who'd like to do just the opposite, I offer my picks for Amsterdam Bars off the Beaten Path. OK, so that category doesn't mean you'll find no one else there.
