Okura Hotel Keeps the Lead in Amsterdam Michelin-Starred Restaurants

Tuesday November 25, 2008
Amsterdam's Ciel Bleu restaurant, which serves French-inspired cuisine from the 23rd floor of the Hotel Okura, has kept its two Michelin stars for the longstanding restaurant guide's 2009 list. This makes Ciel Bleu the only restaurant in Amsterdam with two stars. The Okura is also home to Yamazato, a Japanese restaurant with a one-star Michelin rating.

La Rive, the restaurant at the Intercontinental Amstel Hotel, kept its one-star rating.
