Hermitage Amsterdam Now Reopened
Monday July 6, 2009
With its first exhibition in the $50 million renovated complex, the Hermitage Amsterdam is open once again, giving Amsterdam locals and visitors a peek at the collection from its world-renowned parent museum in St. Petersburg. The opening exhibition, "At the Russian Court" (June 20, 2009 - January 31, 2010), brings a piece (make that 1,800 pieces) of Russian royalty to the Amstel River.
