See a Former Pleasure Home of the Dutch Royal Family

From Shannon McAllister, About.com

Discover the Dutch Royal Palace Het Loo, about an hour and a half from Amsterdam. Paleis Het Loo is a former "pleasure residence" of the House of Orange-Nassau, the Dutch royal line ruling since the 15th century, and is an understated treasure with rich history, grand halls and manicured gardens. In this gallery, there's even a peacock posing for his close-up!
