The Wrong Way to Lock a Bike in Amsterdam

What's missing in this picture? The front wheel! Always put the heavy chain or U-lock through the frame and front wheel of your bike, then lock it to a permanent or immovable structure, like this bike rack. Because this person only locked the frame, a thief has removed the front wheel -- probably to sell.
