Expect banks and government offices (including post offices) in Amsterdam to be closed on these days. Some shops and restaurants may also close; those open will have abbreviated opening hours.
It's also worth saying that the Easter holidays and subsequent Pentecostal holidays are popular times for Dutch families (and those from many other European countries) to travel, so if you're plans include a road trip to several destinations, be prepared for plenty of fellow drivers and book your accommodations in advance.
