One of the best parts about the rides with the St. Nicolaas Boat Club is the cost: FREE. Yes, captains will accept donations, but they'll never ask for them, as the company is currently striving to prove its status as non-profit so that it may keep doing the work it loves: restoring these old boats and introducing visitors to the "real" Amsterdam. So support them!
