Walking Tour of Peaceful Places in Amsterdam's Southern Historic Centrum

At the end of Groenburgwal, be sure to get the shot of the Zuiderkerk's steeple. Turn left onto Raamgracht, yet another quiet canal hiding in this super-central area. Turn right onto Kloveniersburgwal, then almost immediately turn onto Zandstraat. You'll now see the towering Zuiderkerk ("Southern Church") in front of you. Pay just € 6 to climb the tower for some striking views of Amsterdam's Southern Centrum.
